Dear Parents:

When using the self-service 'Forgot Password' or 'Forgot Username' options to retrieve your Parent Portal Credentials, please check your "Junk" or 'SPAM" email folders to ensure you receive the temporary link to reset or retrieve your information. 

**If you used an email address other than your normal communication address for your "Security Email" address when completing your Parent Portal profile, please check that account for your reset link.**

If you are still unable to access the Parent Portal, please visit the Service Desk to submit a ticket for assistance.

A Message for New Parents/Guardians Creating an Infinite Campus Account

You will receive a confirmation that your student(s) are officially enrolled once Central Registration completes the process.  Approximately 2-4 days later, each parent/guaridan should receive a second email with instructions to create their parent account. The setup link included in the email is valid for 5 days from the date the email is sent.

If the link has expired or you have any trouble creating your account, please visit the Service Desk by clicking on the link to self-register and submit a Technology Support ticket. Our Technology team will work directly with you to get your account set up.
